SHIPPING

We ship all products from Poland worldwide within 1-2 working days (excluding weekends and holidays). Shipping cost to whole European Union is free.

Orders from European Union are shipped via DPD Classic (ground shipping). Delivery in 1-7 working days. You can also order UPS Express Saver (air shipping) at extra cost. Delivery in 1 working days.

Orders from United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway are shipped via UPS Express Saver (air shipping). Delivery in 1 working days.

Orders from Americas, Asia, Australia and Africa are shipped via UPS Express Saver or Fedex International Priority (air shipping). Delivery in 2-7 working days.

LOST, HELD, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

We pack all products with great care. Ownership of packages turned over to the shipping company transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for goods damaged due to mishandling during delivery. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. MacVidCards Europe is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. Shipments into the United States valued at less than $800 are exempt from customs declarations and import taxes.

HOW DO I CHECK STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Please review our Return Policy prior to making any purchases.  

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. Check our Return Policy for more information.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@macvidcards.eu with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
